We still do not have the MonBaby item we ordered and paid for mid-November 2014. Additionally, we’ve received no communication or updates on the status of our order. Not even the care or thought to respond to the email we sent last month asking if there was any new information or update. Completely unacceptable.
Apologies Jason, we experienced delays with manufacturing that were totally out of our control. I believe we already in communication with you and started shipping yesterday.
